Our New Strength Training Program - Accessible from Anywhere!
So many of you have asked for continued accountability and direction for performance & strength training. We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Mountain Athlete Program, our very own online performance training program, designed to bring the expertise of our athletic trainer, Alyssa, directly to your home or local gym.
Here are some of the details!
Who is it for? Our outdoor enthusiasts and ....those who are highly motivated, are comfortable training on their own, need strength training to complement their chosen main sport/activity and desire flexibility of training vs committing to in-person training.
This is tailored to YOU: Our experienced athletic trainer, Alyssa, understands that each person is unique, with different fitness levels, goals, and workout preferences. We will ensure that your program aligns with your athletic goals, whether you are an avid hiker, climber, runner, mountain biker or just want to be consistent in your workouts.
How?
- Customized Workout Plans using the Everfit app (choice of 3-5 per week)
- Regular Check-Ins: Stay connected with Alyssa through scheduled weekly/bi-weekly zoom calls to track your progress, check your form and make adjustments as needed.
